How Do I Reserve the Venue?

To reserve your event’s date and time, a 50% deposit of the total rental cost is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

No later than ten (10) days prior to the event, the remaining balance is due.

We require a credit card on file for event day for incidentals.

What is the cancellation policy?
-
Once an event has been booked (non-refundable Deposit is paid and contract signed), there will be no refunds of money for a canceled date. We are happy to work with you to reschedule the event within one year of the original date.
