Additional Information

How Do I Reserve the Venue?

  • To reserve your event’s date and time, a 50% deposit of the total rental cost is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

  • No later than ten (10) days prior to the event, the remaining balance is due.

  • We require a credit card on file for event day for incidentals.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

  • Once an event has been booked (non-refundable Deposit is paid and contract signed), there will be no refunds of money for a canceled date. We are happy to work with you to reschedule the event within one year of the original date.

  • Total Guest Occupancy 150


  • $250 per Hour | 4-Hour Minimum

  • Includes 1 Hour Setup & 1 Hour Clean Up Time

  • Additional time needed will be charged at $100 / per Hour

  • Available from 9am - 9pm


  • One Hour for Setup & One Hour for Clean Up is included.

  • Please note that additional time needed will be charged at $100 per hour.

Host Rules

  • No Smoking or Vaping

  • All trash must be put in provided trash bins.

  • NO Glitter or Confetti.
